A GLANAMAN woman labelled ‘the tenant from hell’ after leaving a rented house looking like a scene from the TV series A life of Grime, has struck again.

This time, the house which she occupied with her two teenage children, three dogs, and two cats, has been described as stomach–churning filth, by a professional cleaner.

Anthony Leaman, from Quality Cleaning Solutions, who was given the mammoth job of cleaning the last home she trashed, has to face it all again.

“I have cleaned up after this woman once before and I will do it again, it’s just I feel so sorry for the owner.

“The cost of is clear up will run into thousands just like the last one did.

“How anyone could live in this stomach-churning filth is beyond me,” said Anthony.

The occupants were kicked out of the house last weekend, leaving a trail of black bags filled with rubbish and dirt.

There were several fly catching strips covered in dead flies in every room, dog and cat faeces all over the floor and kitchen worktops.

However, Anthony is concerned about the welfare of the animals.

He said: “We need to find out where these people are and rescue the animals. I’m going to call the RSPCA and see if there is anything that can be done, it’s inhumane.”

The owner of the house instructed an estate agent to look after the property, he thought he had done all he could to prevent this kind of thing from happening.

He was said to be shocked and stunned when his property was handed back to him in such an awful state.

A spokesperson for the landlord said: “We tried to help the tenant. We cleaned the garden for her twice which cost a lot of money.

“She just shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it.”

The estate agency did not wish to comment.
