AN AMMANFORD man has admitted assaulting a man in Carmarthen.
Finn Quick, 22, of Newtown, appeared at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on April 2 charged with two offences.
Quick was accused of assault by beating relating to an attack on a man on King Street in Carmarthen on February 25.
He was also charged with using threatening or abusive words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

He pleaded guilty to both charges, and was sentenced to a one-year community order, as part of which he must complete a 90-day alcohol abstinence and monitoring programme and 20 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
Quick must pay his victim £50 in compensation, and was also hit with a £40 fine, £85 in costs and a £114 surcharge.
